Colin Cresser - Stingrays Coach
Prior to becoming a swimming coach I worked in Human Resource Management for 23 years. The skills I have learnt from that experience have enabled me to manage effectively “people“ issues associated with swimming. I am a firm believer that a positive environment is essential in achieving success with young swimmers.
My early experience as a swimming coach was at Clayfield College, Sandgate swimming Club and Earnshaw College where I ran my own business. In 2001, I was appointed as Assistant to Matt Brown, Head Coach at Nudgee College. Considerable success was achieved at GPS, State and National level during this time.
I am qualified as a Silver Licence Coach which enables me to coach at a State/ National level. Elise Williams (finalist), Jarred Megaw and Josh Tomlinson are current swimmers I have coached to a National Age level. I have experienced the “highs” and “lows” of Nudgee College Swimming and am committed to its future success.
Miki Musha - Dolphins & Starfish Coach
Miki strongly believes that each child has unlimited possibilities, and has real passion to help them “SHINE”. She is a mother of three, so she understands how children go through life challenges through their school, sports and friends. Had being a competitive swimmer back in Japan, she understands and loves swimming. Speaking Japanese and English, she also has connections with some top swimming clubs in Japan.
